PNO4 Installation Manual Addendum
We suggest using a mobile device instead of the PNO4 unit.
1 Open your smart device to Settings then Wi-Fi.
2 Tap the QRS4
Wi-Fi & enter password qrsmusic & Join.

3 Open a web browser, Safari or Chrome, and enter 10.3.2.1 in the address bar,
"Search or enter website" and then tap go.

5 To skip creating a QRSConnect account, Select ADMIN now.
If a profile has been created, then tap the PROFILE.

The PNO4 doesn't have to be linked to the Internet to finish the setup procedures but, you
can update the software and the music if it has Internet access.

2 Select your shop's Wi-Fi, enter the Wi-Fi password & tap Connect.

IF YOU DON'T SEE THE IP, BCAST and MASK, then the unit hasn't connected to the router.
Usually caused by entering the wrong password or password type.
Verify that the Network Mode is DHCP Client.
The system is now linked to Wi-Fi and has access to the Internet for operating system and music
updates. There are now two ways to connect to the PNO4 system; via the QRS Wi-Fi or the shop
Wi-Fi. Smart devices, laptops or computers that are connected to your Wi-Fi have access to the
PNO4 system via the QRS Finder App or the IP address that the router has assigned to PNO4.

to display the Ethernet Standalone & Wireless "Home"
The 10.3.2.1 is the QRS Wi-Fi and Client is your home Wi-Fi.
If the PNO3 had a Ethernet cable connected to the router or extender an IP address would
appear under ETHERNET SETTINGS.
Jot down the Client IP address displayed on the Screen:______________

Connecting to the System
Verify that the Power LED is ON.
Connect to QRS Wi-Fi & Add Profile
"Who's Playing?" page will open.
Select ADD PROFILE to create a customer profile.
You will be asked to create a QRSConnect account.
The information entered and recordings available at QRSConnect.com.
A QRSConnect account will be necessary to use Sessions or QRSTV.
QRSConnect allows users to connect and collaborate on music projects.
Link PNO4 to Wi-Fi
/ Network / Wireless Client and Connect to Client Wi-Fi.

Accessing PNO4 from Devices Connected to Your Home Wi-Fi You don't have to connect your device to the shop's Wi-Fi to continue with the setup. The PNO4 is linked to the Internet even though your device is connected to the QRS Wi-Fi, so it can get the updates. A customer would want to continue this process because connecting devices to the home Wi-Fi gives better coverage throughout the home and they won't have to switch to the QRS Wi-Fi to play the music on the piano. - Page 3 Master Volume is at "1" and the Piano Offset is at "0". This is the softest that the piano can play without adding a QRS "Grand Piano Soft Play Rail", QRS part # 56070. When the Master is at "1", lowering the Piano Volume Offset won't make any difference.

The PNO4 unit broadcasts it's own Wi-Fi signal that you see as QRS4#####, where the five numbers after the 4 are the last four digits of the PNO4's serial number.
