DETERMINING THE INFRARED PATIO HEATER LOCATION The heater can be mounted horizontally on a wall or ceiling on wood, gypsum, metal, brick, stone or concrete surfaces. The surface must be strong enough to support the weight of the heater and flat enough for the brackets to be aligned. Make sure that the anchor can support the total weight of the heater, including the mounting brackets.
