Before installing or using this product, you must read and understand these guidelines and set them aside for future
reference. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for anything, and the warranty will be void if the installer or the
user does not comply with these guidelines.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in bodily injury, property damage, serious injuries, or potentially fatal
electric shocks. Turn off the power to the device at the circuit breaker or fuse before installation, repair, or cleaning.
Make sure the device is designed for the intended use (if necessary, refer to the product catalog or a representative).
WARNING: To avoid damaging the lamp or reducing its lifespan, avoid handling it with bare hands. If it is accidentally touched, clean the
marks with a soft cloth and rubbing or methyl alcohol.
REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTIVE INFRARED LAMP*

Remove the end cap on the side opposite the electronic module by unscrewing the four (4) screws and set them aside (Figure 1).

Remove the first junction box cover (Figure 2) by sliding it towards the end of the product and set aside.
Remove the grille by sliding it slightly towards the open end of the product (Figure 3-A), then by gently sliding it down or up to

free the rod ends (Figure 3-B). Tilt the grille outward and then release the rod ends on the other side (Figure 4). Set Aside.
Remove the central junction box cover by sliding it towards the end of the product and set aside. If you need to replace the

second lamp (models SVI4002BK or SVI6002BK), repeat steps 2 and 3 for the junction box cover and grille on the electronic
module side.
Remove the side reflector on each side of the defective infrared lamp by unscrewing one (1) screw and set them aside

(Figure 5). Slide the defective infrared lamp out of the device by pivoting it to align it with the grooves. Let it hang.
On each side of the defective infrared lamp, remove the waterproof connector from its metal support and unscrew it to access

the connection. Disconnect the two (2) terminals (Figure 6).
*Note: The lamp can be replaced directly on the installed product.
