    DIAGRAM 1.The gazebo is shipped in one carton, which is very heavy and requires lifting by two persons. 2. Carefully take all the parts out from the carton. The parts are identified by removable stickers. Please place the parts for each step on a flat protected nonabrasive staging area.

    STEP 1 Assemble the Posts and Foot plates Find all components in this step and place them on a level ground. Place the POSTS (A) parallel to each other on level ground. Slide FOOT PLATE (H) into POST (A) from the end. Fasten each plate to the leg post using 3 bolts (L).
  • Page 6 STEP 2 Connect Posts and Beams with Corner connector Find all components in this step and place them on a level ground. 2-A Screw 2 bolts+washers (M) to combine BEAM (B) to POST (A), and 2 bolts+washers (M) to combine BEAM (C) to POST (A).     STEP 3 Strengthen four corner structures Find one corner structure and place the beam on a level ground. 3-A Install the SHORT BAR (P) to the beams and post with 6 bolts (L). 3-B Connect the beams and the post with two STRENGTHEN BARS (J) by 4 bolts (L).

    STEP 4 Connect two corner structures Find two corner structures and place the beams on a level ground. Use BEAM CONNECTOR (Q) to combine BEAM (B) and BEAM (C), by screw 8 bolts (L), making half of the lower frame. Repeat this step on the other half frame.

    STEP 5 Connect four corner structures Assemble two BEAM CONNECTORS (Q) on two beams of one half of lower frame. by screw 4 bolts (L) on each beam. Raise two halves of lower frame, insert BEAM CONNECTORS (Q) to the opposite beams, screw 8 bolts on the beams.

    STEP 6 Assemble the corner ribs Before this step you had better place the gazebo frame in its desired location. Make sure all corners are squared at 90 degrees. Find all components in this step and place them on a level ground. Connect the CONNER RIB (D) and the TOP RIB (F) with two bolts (N), tighten the nuts and cover with nut caps.

    STEP 7 Put up the corner ribs 7-A Insert 4 CORNER RIB (D) into the longer leg of the TOP CONNECTOR (K). 7-B Insert the CORNER RIB (D) into the CORNER CONNECTOR (G). Repeat this step on 4 corner ribs. 7-C Anchor the FOOT PLATE (H) into ground by 12 STAKES (O).

    STEP 11 Put on the canopies <3> <1> <2> <4> Press 8 spring clip buttons on the ribs and slide the ribs into the top connector (K). This can make mounting the canopies much easier. Fasten 4 belts on COVER (V) onto TOP COVER (U).
