Take PCB, 2 short spacers, 2 long spacers and 2 panel screws and attach them to opposite corners of the PCB as shown. The short spacer will be on the bottom side of the PCB and the long spacer on the top side. Add 8 jacks to top side of PCB (where long spacers are) but do not solder them yet.

Keep jacks in place by placing the top panel on top of them and tightening the panel with two more panel screws. Turn everything upside down to where the bottom of the PCB is showing and solder the jacks to the PCB...

Add hex nut to each of the nine poles on the top side of the PCB and tighten with fingers. Tighten further with an M3 wrench or pliers and a screwdriver. Holding the nut with pliers can result in slipping and scratching the PCB. If you go this route, it’s highly recommended that you put tape around the metal on the pliers to decrease the odds of scratching the PCB! Step 3: Add spacers and panels...
