IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONST
For safety purpose you should read the instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time and follow
them. Save the instructions for future reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use only and may only be operated in accordance with
these instructions for use.
Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used near children.
CAUTION: The appliance generates high temperature steam, when using the appliance, hold steamer
head facing away from you, in vertical position.
Do not add hot water, perfume, vinegar, starch, descaler or other chemical liquids into the water tank; they
can damage the appliance seriously.
DO's
1.
Connect the appliance to a suitable mains supply outlet as per voltage indicated on the appliance and to
earthed wall socket only.
2.
Unwind and straighten the power cord before use.
3.
Place the appliance on a firm and steady surface.
4.
Keep the appliance away from children.
5.
Unplug the appliance when not in use, while filling the water or while cleaning.
6.
Care should be taken when using this appliance due to emission of steam.
7.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains supply and allow it to cool down before removing the brush
accessory from the appliance or refitting it.
8.
Empty the water tank after each use.
9.
When placing the appliance, ensure that the surface on which the product is placed is stable.
10. If the power cord and/or any part of the iron have been damaged, it must be replaced by Usha or its service
agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
12. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Do not use the appliance if the main cord, plug, light, or the appliance itself shows visibledamage, or the
appliance has been dropped or is leaking. Take it to the nearest authorized service facility or a qualified
serviceman for examination and repair in order to avoid a hazard.
2.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
3.
Do not operate the appliance if there is not enough water in the water tank.
4.
Do not touch the heating parts to avoid being burnt.
5.
Do not connect the appliance to a wall socket intended for electronic shavers.
6.
Do not allow children to touch the appliance or the power cord when steaming.
7.
Do not use an extension power cord set unless competent authority has approved it.
8.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
9.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface
10. Do not place the appliance on its steam head when the appliance is used or connected to the mains. Lay it
on its flat base only
11. Do not apply steam directly on any clothes or fabrics that are being worn by human or pets, because steam
temperature is high and may cause burns.
12. Do not leave appliance unattended while plugged in or while it is still hot.
13. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
14. Do not grasp the plug to pull out the power cord when unplugging the charging base, do not drag the cord.
15. Do not use an accessory which is not recommended by manufacturer, as it may cause injury to persons or
damage to appliance.
16. Do not roll the power cord around the appliance for storage until it has cooled down completely.
17. Do not attempt to open the cabinets or dismantle any part from the appliance; there are no serviceable parts
inside.
