D-FRAME CREEPER SEAT

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the two Support Frames (2) to the Tray (11) and Base Frame (8) assembly using
the four larger Bolts (10), Washers (6) and Nuts (5).
2. Place Reinforcement Bars (12) across Support Frames, aligning holes.
3. Attach the Seat Cushion (1) to the aligned Support Frames and Reinforcement Bars using
the four Screws (4) and Washers (3) provided.
4. Tighten all hardware before using.
5. Insert Wheel (9) into holes of Base Frame (8)
and insert Cap Screw (7) into holes on
Frame and Tray. Fasten nut.
6. Repeat step 5 on all four wheels.
