BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Tools You Will Need
• Rubber mallet
ATTACH SUPPORT TUBES TO BOTTOM SHELF
1. Lay the shelf on a flat surface with the projections facing up.
2. If your cart uses securing screws, remove them from the shelf and
save them.
3. Insert a support tube over each corner projection.
4. Place the hammer block on a support tube and pound gently with a
rubber mallet until the support tube is secured to the shelf. If your
cart uses securing screws, re-insert a screw through the support
tube and corner projection, and tighten. Repeat on all four corners.

ATTACH THE MIDDLE AND TOPS SHELVES
1. If your cart uses securing screws, remove them from the shelf and
save them.
2. Position the second shelf with the smooth side up. Align the corner
projections on the bottom of the shelf with the support tubes below.
3. Place the hammer block on top of a corner projection. Pound gently
with a rubber mallet until the support tube is secured to the shelf.
Repeat on all four corners.
4. Insert the second group of support tubes over each corner
projection of the shelf.
5. Place the hammer block on a support tube and pound gently with a
rubber mallet until the support tube is secured to the shelf. If your
cart uses securing screws, re-insert a screw through the support
tube and corner projection, and tighten. Repeat on all four corners.

6. If your cart has a third shelf, repeat the steps to attach the shelf.
