Safety
Warning! Risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
The incomplete combustion of fuel such as charcoal can
produce highly poisonous carbon monoxide gas, which is both
odourless and tasteless. Never use the camping stove indoors or
in areas with poor ventilation.
Never use the camping stove in a confined space or in any form
of dwelling, such as a house, tent, caravan, motor home, boat etc.
Warning! Danger to life – risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Before using the stove
•
Put the camping stove on a level fireproof surface, leaving
plenty of space around the sides. Make sure that there is
nothing flammable nearby, such as dry grass or similar
materials, which may come into contact with the camping stove.

Do not use the camping stove in strong winds.
•
Only use the camping stove when it has been correctly and
fully assembled.
Lighting the camping stove
•
Only use fire lighting products which are intended for lighting
barbecues. Follow the instructions on the packaging about
the correct amount to use. Never use petrol,
alcohol or similar products to light the camping stove.
•
Never spray lighter fluid or similar products onto the glowing
coals as this can cause a sudden burst of flame.
•
Do not store the bottle containing lighter fluid close to the lit
camping stove.
Using the camping stove
•
Never leave the stove unattended when it is lit. Make sure
that children and pets are kept at a safe distance.
•
Never touch the hot parts of the camping stove unless you
are wearing protective gloves.
•
Do not move the stove once it is lit. It will be very hot.
•
Never try to relight the stove using petrol or meths.
Do not burn wood or coal in the camping stove. The stove
will get too hot and it may become deformed.
After using the camping stove
•
Danger of fire! Let the camping stove cool down completely
before emptying the ashes into a metal container with a
tight-fitting lid. Never put the ashes directly into the waste bin.
There may still be some embers left that you can't see.
•
Do not leave the stove unattended until it has completely
cooled down.
•
The fire must be completely extinguished and the stove must
be completely cold before the stove is put away for storage.

Using the stove
1. Put the camping stove on a level fireproof surface a safe
distance away from any flammable materials.
2. Put a layer of fir cones, sticks or similar materials in the ash
container (3). A small quantity of wood pellets can also be
used to light the fire. Note: Do not use coal or wood as the
fuel in the camping stove.
3. Use lighter fluid or firelighter cubes to help you light the fire
and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Light the fire with a gas lighter or long matches.

Cleaning and maintenance
Use only mild cleaning agents. Never use solvents or corrosive

chemicals.
