V-2000 Lubrication and Maintenance Con’t Cleaning Clean your machine on a daily basis or between each job. Particularly removing lint around moving points and adjustment areas. A clean machine is more likely to be maintained properly than a messy one. Any solvents can be used on the pallet tops for cleaning.
The defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Vastex International, Inc. If the equipment in question is less than one (1) year old, it will be shipped to the customer at no charge, with an RGA issued by Vastex for the defective part. The defective part must be shipped back to Vastex freight prepaid within 30 days or the account will be billed.
Examples of poor workmanship are welds, bearings, threads, knobs, fasteners, and general machine fatigue. The part must be shipped back to Vastex to be inspected at the shipper’s cost. If it is determined to be defective due to workmanship or normal wear, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped within 2 business days.
