Pre-operation check: 1) Check whether the jump-lead is correct, and make sure that the input terminal of this product is connected to the power cord and the output terminal is connected to the load line. 2) Make sure that neither short circuit nor line-to-ground short circuit exists among all wire connecting terminals or exposed charged parts.

Its main function is to provide indirect contact protection against dangerous personal electric shock and prevent fires resulting from earthing malfunction.
