DIGITAL v2 PRESENTATION SET
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING - Do not look
directly at the LEDs or
have the local speaker
volume turned up
to maximum when
connecting a battery
or switching ON.
FIT BATTERY – Do NOT use rechargeable batteries.
Use a good quality 9 volt battery such as a Duracell PP3.
REMOVE the two screws using the tool provided and
remove battery door.
LOW BATTERY CHECK – The battery is tested at switch
ON and after each activation, if it is found to be low
the Txi-D v2 gives a distinctive double tone warning.
Replace the battery as soon as possible.
Replacing a battery does not affect memorised
settings.
Note – Low battery warnings are also transmitted to
the Rx-D v2. This is indicated by the LED flashing on the
Rx-D v2 to indicate the Txi-D v2 that has the low battery.
AUTO SWITCH OFF – When switched ON if no activity
is detected within approximately 60 hours the Txi-D
v2 will switch OFF with an audible confirmation
countdown warning. Press any PB to extend for
another 60 hours.
PB FAILSAFE ABORT – If PBs become held down
continuously by accident the Txi-D v2 will assume
a fault state and switch OFF automatically.
RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS – Turn ON holding down
PB1 and PB2. Continue to hold both PBs as the Txi-D v2
cycles through the MENUs until the LEDs give a multi
coloured flash, release the PBs and the alarm will turn
OFF. This restores all the settings to Factory Defaults.
MAIN MENU SETTINGS
SWITCHING ON/OFF – Hold down PB1 and PB2 until confirmation tones are heard and
immediately release.
1.0 MUTE ON/OFF - MUTEs Txi-D v2 speaker only.
• Press and Release PB1 to activate.
MUTE continues for 5 minutes and left hand LED will flash. Press and Release PB1
to cancel. Note - when MUTE is ON all PB2 actions are disabled.
RESPONSE AND BEEP SPEED
2.0 RESPONSE CONTROL (R) – The RESPONSE setting controls the ability of the alarm
to sense line movements, as RESPONSE is increased, less movement is required
before a beep occurs.
• Turn clockwise to increase RESPONSE.
IMPORTANT – Line doesn't always need to move to get a beep, it can also vibrate and
still activate the alarm.
2.1 BEEP SPEED CONTROL – BEEP SPEED helps maintain the best speed relationship as
you adjust the RESPONSE control (R) up or down. There are 5 levels of BEEP SPEED,
Level 1 is the slowest and level 5 is the fastest. The default is level 3 and this
should give you good all round performance for most situations but you may
want to adjust it based on the conditions and fishing style.
• Press and Hold PB1 to cycle through the BEEP SPEED levels.
• Release PB1 at required BEEP SPEED.
Adjust always starts at Level 1 and to reset simply repeat the process. Last setting
memorised.

Slowest BEEP SPEED
*BEEP SPEED 5 – Should only be used for extreme situations where very low levels of
RESPONSE are required and a far higher level of BEEP SPEED is needed to get enough
indication.
• To activate Press and Hold PB1 to cycle through the first 4 BEEP SPEEDS then
continue to hold for 2-3 seconds until confirmation signal is heard and LEDs will flash
a rainbow effect.
Do not adjust BEEP SPEED until you have adjusted the RESPONSE (R) to the desired level.
BEEP SPEED does not change the responsiveness of the alarm!

LED MODES/ADJUST
3.0 DAY/NIGHT LED MODE – Select DAY (default level 8) or NIGHT (default level 4) LED
brightness. NIGHT Mode always has Night Marking where LEDs will glow at a low
level continuously.
• Press and Release PB2 to toggle between DAY/NIGHT Mode. Last setting memorised.
4.0 LED BRIGHTNESS ADJUST – LED brightness can be set for DAY or NIGHT Mode.
First select DAY/NIGHT Mode (see above).
• Press and Hold PB2 to cycle through the 8 brightness levels (Level 1 = lowest,
Level 8 = brightest).
• Release PB2 at required brightness.
Adjust always starts at Level 1 and when Level 8 is reached it is confirmed by continual
repetition of the info tone. Last setting memorised.

you get an activation.
• ADVANCED ANTI-THEFT SECURITY – Sends alert to
Aerial
your RX-D v2 when alarm is turned OFF or is moved.
• LOW BATTERY CHECK - The battery condition is tested,
NiteLite Socket
if it is found to be low it gives a warning.
MENU 2 – TONE / LED COLOUR
To access MENU 2 turn Txi-D v2 ON and continue to hold both PBs until you get
2 beeps and LEDs flash all 6 colours. MENU 2 will automatically time out after 16
seconds or 8 secs from the last PB press and settings will be MEMORISED.
5.0 TONE ADJUST.
• Press and Hold PB1 to cycle through the 32 TONEs.
• Release and Press and Hold PB1 again to reverse direction of TONE.
• Release PB1 when required TONE is reached.
• To repeat a TONE during adjust mode Press and Release PB1.
6.0 LED COLOUR MODE - User can select COLOUR
• Press and Hold PB2 to cycle through the 6 COLOURs.
• Release PB2 when required COLOUR is reached.
MENU 3 – STEALTH MODE/ANTI-THEFT SECURITY
To access MENU 3 Turn Txi-D v2 ON and continue to hold both PBs until you get 3
beeps and LEDs flash
. MENU 3 will automatically time out after 16 seconds or 8
secs from the last PB press and settings will be MEMORISED.
7.0 STEALTH LED MODE – Deactivates Txi-D v2 LEDs when you get an activation
but keeps Night Marking active. NIGHT LED MODE only (Default OFF).
• Press PB1 to toggle STEALTH MODE ON/OFF.
For Delkim illuminated visual indicator users the NiteLite Socket is still active
and lights up as normal if indicators are plugged in. Brightness can be adjusted
as normal (see section 4.0).
8.0 ANTI-THEFT SECURITY ALARM – Every time the Txi-D v2 is turned OFF it will
always send a signal to the Rx-D v2 and trigger the Security Alarm that will
sound continuously for 20 seconds. To disable turn OFF security on the Rx-D v2
(see section 3.2 RX-D v2 instructions).
8.1 ATMD (ANTI-THEFT MOVEMENT DETECTION) – This gives an additional level of
security when needed where physically moving the Txi-D v2 will also transmit
an alert to the Rx-D v2 and trigger the Security Alarm that will sound continuously
for 20 seconds (Default OFF).
• Press PB2 to toggle ATMD ON/OFF.
Once set the system takes approx 30 seconds to activate.
The Txi-D v2 and Rx-D v2 do not need servicing. Here are some general guidelines
to prolong the life of our products:
• After use in rain clean and store upright in a warm place to dry with the hard cases
removed.
• If a Txi-D v2 or Rx-D v2 becomes immersed in water, switch OFF, remove the battery
and shake out any water. Store upright in a warm place to totally dry out.
• Clean PBs and Controls regularly with a toothbrush to stop dirt build up and
maintain operation.
• Tampering with any screws other than to remove the battery door or treating with
any substance particularly WD40 will invalidate any warranty.
CONTROLS AND ATTACHMENTS
VIBRATION SENSOR.
PUSH BUTTONS - PB1 / PB2 (left / right).
Button presses are acknowledged by various
confirmation tones and LED flashes.
RESPONSE CONTROL (R) – Turn clockwise to increase
the RESPONSE (sensitivity) of the vibration sensor to
line movement.
VOLUME CONTROL (V) – Turn clockwise to increase level.
NITELITE SOCKET – Allows attachment of Delkim
illuminated visual indicators. Use included numbered
bungs to protect when not in use. May also be placed
in bottom of aerial tube.
SLIMCARB/DUOCARB WIREFORM FITTING – Two small
holes at the base of the Txi-D v2 allows the attachment
of the wireform that is used for hanger arms.
