4 Connect your phone
Note: You cannot answer incoming voice calls when your
phone is in data mode. Any voice calls you receive are
treated as unanswered calls. To return a voice call, reset
your phone to voice mode as described on page 138.
Transfer the Data
Your phone notifies you when the data call arrives, and
transfers the call to the connected device. Use the
application running on the device to answer the call.
End the Data Connection
When the data transfer is complete, end the call from the
connected device to close the connection.
Reset Normal Voice Operation
After making a data call, you must reset your phone to
resume normal voice operations. You cannot receive voice
calls when your phone is in data mode.
Find the Feature
Your phone also reverts to normal voice operations
when you turn it off and then turn it back on.
