1. SAFETY
Familiarise yourself with the application and limitations of the hose reel, as well as the specific hazards.

WARNING! Disconnect the hose reel from the supply before servicing or performing any maintenance.
Maintain the hose reel in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Locate and fix the hose reel in a suitable working area, ensure that the correct fixings are used to secure the unit to the wall.

DO NOT position the hose in direct sunlight, or in areas of extreme heat or cold.

DO NOT mount inside a spray booth/oven.

Ensure there is adequate lighting.

WARNING! Ensure maximum air pressure is not exceeded (300psi/20bar).
Keep extended air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges.

Check hose for wear before each use and ensure all connections are secure.

Keep the unwound hose away from wet, damp, oily surfaces to avoid debris accumulation in between the hose reel.

WARNING! Always wear approved eye protection when operating the air hose reel.
Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip footwear.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.

DO NOT operate the hose reel if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.

DO NOT use the hose reel for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT pull the hose from the supply.

DO NOT operate the hose reel when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.

DO NOT direct air from the air hose at yourself or others.

When not in use ensure the air supply is turned off and tools disconnected. Disconnect from the supply..

INTRODUCTION

Hose reel can be used with rubber, PVC and hybrid air hoses up to 40m in length (Ø5/16" or 8mm). Air hoses are simple to install on the
hose reel. Manual winding steel drum features tall guides to ensure the hose layers efficiently. Durable wall mount can be used to attach
the hose reel to a wall or floor. Solid brass 1/4"BSP inlet and outlet.

4. CONTENTS
WARNING! Ensure the hose is disconnected from the
supply. DO NOT position the hose in direct sunlight or in
areas of extreme heat or cold.
4.1.
REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM THE PACKAGING.
4.2.
WALL MOUNTING
WARNING! Ensure the wall is capable of holding the weight of
unit and operation.
4.2.1.
Assemble as in fig.1.
4.2.2.
Using the bracket,as a template, mark the wall, where the hose
reel is to be mounted and drill four centres and fix to the wall.
(fixings not supplied.)
4.2.3.
Connect to an air line. DO NOT connect directly to an air tool,
connect a leader hose to the tool first and then connect the
leader hose to the air hose reel.
