Go to: http://www.apple.com/iPod/download/ If it does not work, please unplug the power cable for 1 minute, then plug it back in. This resets the system. Why is there no sound? Check if your iPod is correctly docked in the Docking Station. -

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, which is evidence that this product is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.
