Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
1. Place the upper tube weldment
upside down on a soft protective
surface to prevent scratching
(Figure 1).
2. Place a pipe clamp onto the splice
end of a leg as illustrated. The
pipe clamp must be oriented so
the clamp's flat face mates to the
upper tube weldment to attach at
the stud. Slip the splice end of
the leg into the exposed tube end
of the upper tube weldment and
move the pipe clamp mounting
hole over the threaded stud of the
tube weldment. Twist the leg so
the bend in the leg faces outward
about 45 degrees (Figure 2).
3. Loosely attach a / -20 hex locking

nut to the stud through the pipe
clamp. Do not tighten nut at this
time (Figure 2 & detail A).
4. Follow the same attachment
process in steps 2 and 3 for
the remaining three legs.
Do not tighten hex nuts
(Figure 2 & Detail A).
5. Next, locate the two lower tube
supports. One support at a time,
position it as illustrated and attach
each end of the tube support
to the appropriate leg near the
caster using a / -20 x 2 / " screw

through the pre-drilled hole in
the leg, and into the end of the
support. Then, secure the two
lower tube supports together at
the center, through the pre-drilled
holes using two / -20 x 2 / "

screw and / -20 hex locking nuts

as illustrated (Figure 2).
6. Holding each leg securely where
the caster will install, press in
each caster with enough force to
snap and lock the caster into the
leg (Figure 2).
