Einleitung 1.1 Lieferumfang M6x60 (2x) - Page 4 1.2 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise Bei Benutzung des Transportgestells in Verbindung mit dem easyFlow M-System, ist beim Handling mit Pflanzenschutzmitteln auf persönliche Schutzausrüstung achten. Diese sollte Schutzhandschuhe, Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzbrille und Arbeitskleidung, welche den gesamten Körper bedeckt, beinhalten. • Nichtbeachtung der Montageanleitung kann zu Schäden an Bauteilen und/oder Baugruppen sowie zu Umwelt- und ggf.

2. Montage Transportgestell Zur Montage sind folgende Werkzeuge notwendig: • Innensechskantschlüssel Größe 4 • Innensechskantschlüssel Größe 5 • Gabel- oder Ringschlüssel SW 10 mm • Gabel- oder Ringschlüssel SW 19 mm Grundgestell (Pos. 1) auspacken. Transportsicherung an rot-markierten Stellen aufschneiden. Grundgestell dabei nicht verkratzen. - Page 6 2x verstellbare Füße (Pos. 8) in Grundgestell (Pos. 1) einschrauben. Grundgestell (Pos. 1) aufstellen und beide Querstreben wie abgebildet waagrecht positionieren.
- Page 7 Beidseitig Schrauben M6x60 (Pos. 5) mit jeweils einer Kunststoffscheibe (Pos. 15) zwischen Rahmen (Pos. 1) und Querstrebe wie abgebildet einsetzen. Beidseitig Mutter M6 (Pos. 14) mit jeweils einer Scheibe M6 (Pos. 11) auf die Schraube (Pos. 5) aufschrauben und mit ca. 15 Nm anziehen.
- Page 8 Radachse (Pos. 4) in Grundgestell (Pos. 1) einsetzen. Beidseitig jeweils 1 Scheibe M12 (Pos. 9) auf die Radachse (Pos. 4) schieben.
- Page 9 Beide PP-Räder (Pos. 3) auf Radachse (Pos. 4) schieben. Beidseitig Scheibe M12 (Pos. 9) aufschieben und mit Mutter M12 (Pos. 12) sichern. Muttern M12 (Pos. 12) soweit anziehen, dass die Sicherungsfunktion gegeben ist. PP-Räder (Pos. 3) müssen sich frei drehen können.
- Page 10 Haltebügel (Pos. 2) wie abgebildet mit 2 Schrauben M8x40 (Pos. 6) Linsenkopf am Grundgestell (Pos. 1) mit ca. 15 Nm befestigen. Fertig montiertes Transportgestell.

Innensechskantschlüssel Größe 5 • Gabel- oder Ringschlüssel SW 13 mm Die Montage des easyFlow M sollte durch 2 Personen erfolgen. Eine Person hält das easyFlow M in Position, währenddessen die 2. Person das easyFlow M befestigt. 4x Schraube M8x40 Zylinderkopf (Pos. 7) mit jeweils 1 Scheibe M8 ES (Pos. 10) - Page 12 M wie abgebildet auf die Schrauben aufsetzen. Schrauben mit jeweils 1 Scheibe M8 ES (Pos. 10) versehen und Mutter M8 ES (Pos. 13) mit ca. 15 Nm anziehen.

1. Introduction 1.1 Parts included Handle (1x) M6x60 (2x) - Page 17 1.2 General safety instructions The operator of this device must wear the required compulsory personal protection equipment, when handling plant protection products (PPP) with it. This requires at least, but is not limited to, the use of protective gloves, long sleeved shirts and trousers, safety shoes and glasses.

2. Assembly transport rack Tools required for assembly: • Allen key size 4 • Allen key size 5 • Oped-end or ring spanner size 10 mm • Oped-end or ring spanner size 19 mm Unpack base frame (#1). Cut transport lock at red positions. Don´t scratch base frame. - Page 19 Screw both adjustable stands (#8) into base frame (#1). Set up base frame (#1) with cross braces horizontally, as shown in the figure.
- Page 20 Insert screws M6x60 (#5) with one plastic disc (#15) in between case frame (#1) and cross brace on both sides, as shown at the figure. On each side, place disc (#11) on screw (#5) and fix with nut (#14), use max. torque 15 Nm.
- Page 21 Insert axle (#4) in base frame (#1). Place one disc M12 (#9) on each side of the axle (#4).
- Page 22 Place both PP wheels (#3) on axle (#4). Place disc M12 (#9) and screw up tightly with nut M12 (#12) on both sides. Tighten nuts M12 (#12) far enough ensuring a safe use of the device. PP wheels (#3) must still spin freely.
- Page 23 Fix handle (#2) with two screws M8x40 (#6). Insert the screws into the base frame (#1) with the bolt heads in the position, as shown on the figure below, tighten with max. torque 15 Nm. Completely assembled transport rack.
