Protection System
Bosch is the only U.S. manufacturer
to offer a leak protection system in
their washers. The AquaShield system
contains a sensor in the bottom of
the washer that will shut down the
operation of the machine and auto-
matically pump out excess water.
AquaStop takes leak protection one
step further by adding a double-walled
hose that contains the water if the inner
hose fails, and a shut-off valve stops
the water supply. AquaStop® eliminates
the risk of major water damage.

up the water to 170° F and maintains
this temperature for exactly three
minutes. After killing 99.9% of most
common household bacteria, the water
temperature is reduced to a gentler
150° F to prevent fabric breakdown.
