Installing the chiller
hose retrofit kit
This document provides instructions on how to replace a Teyu CW6200 chiller with an SMC HRS-040
chiller unit while keeping the existing Teyu CW6200 hoses. Complete this replacement on existing
CP4440-RGB, CP4445-RGB, CP4450-RGB, and CP4455-RGB projector installations.
Make sure both chiller units are disconnected from the projector and power.

•
Teyu CW6200 chiller hose (existing)
•
Teyu CW6200 chiller unit (existing)
•
SMC HRS-040 chiller unit
Required tools
•
Hose cutter
•
Pair of adjustable wrenches (up to 38 mm)
•
#2 Phillips screwdriver
•
Protective gloves
•
Safety glasses
•
Large bucket to drain coolant
•
Sealable container for waste coolant (up to 30 L)
•
Liquid spill kit
