Also provides detailed information about the edge connector and usage. AM335x Versa NXT SOM enrich the user’s design by its onboard 256/512 MB DDR3 and 4/8 GB eMMC (optional). -

Note – Due to heavy pin muxing used in the SOC all interfaces may not be available simultaneously for use. Please refer document AM335x Versa NXT SoM Pin Mux Table. NB: MMC 2 Interface can't be used in carrier board if eMMC/WLAN is used since MMC 2 interface is used for eMMC/WLAN mux can be used only for MMC2 data signals and MMC2_clk, MMC2_CMD signals are also not available for these SOMs. -

AM335x Versa NXT SOM – Hardware User Manual Rev 1.1 4. Ethernet One direct Ethernet interface is provided using 10/100BT PHY. Base board should have magnetics and connector. The VCC_3V3A power available from the SOM is for biasing the magnetics and should not be used for any other purpose. The magnetic connection can be as follows. -
