- Page 21 Make sure the heat exchanger is not cracked or blackened, if any abnormality is found on the tubes of the heat exchanger, please ring Eco Pacific on 1300ecopac or 9706 6228. The heat exchanger is proprietary part that does not normally fail, and if failed, can only be replaced by Eco Pacific authorised personnel only.
- Page 22 This is a separate assembly and can be procured only from the Eco Pacific factory. If it is found faulty, it can be removed by undoing the screws on the base, outer lid, inner lid, and burner box. Finally undo the screws on the base and remove its sealing and take the heat exchanger out.
