Usage Item Function Description During the boot up process, the Safe Voltage LED will Flash for 5 Boot up seconds. During this time the Power button will not function and the power to the outlets will remain off. When the input voltage is above 138VAC (+/-5VAC), the Safe Voltage LED flashes, and power to the outlets is turned off.
