Step 1. Take pictures____________________________________________________ 1. Take pictures of the outside (1a, 1b). 2. Take pictures of the inside (2a, 2b). Attention! Pictures must be taken before maintenance.
Step 2. Place the Water Block Reset Handle___________________________________ Warning! Turn off the water before placing the water block reset handle. 1. Turn off the water. 2. Install the water block reset handle. Detach the push fitting from the water block. (1) Attach the water block reset handle on the push fitting.
Step 3. Replace the water filter____________________________________________ 1. Remove the back panel. Remove the nylon screws on the backside of the machine. 1. Remove the cap from the new water filter (1). 2. Write the date on the water filter (2). 3.
Step 4. Start the BeviClean program________________________________________ WARNING! NEVER LET THE BEVICLEAN PRODUCT RUN THROUGH THE FILTER! Warning! Turn off the water before starting the BeviClean program. 1. Turn off the water. 2. Disassemble the BeviClean adapter and place the BeviClean tablet in the adapter. 3.

6. Turn the water on slowly and let the water run with LOW pressure inside. As you can see the water in the BeviClean adapter will turn a little bit blue/green. 7. Rinse the machine. Enter the manager code or use the manager card to enter the service menu. Press the rinse button.

Press the water button. Rinse the machine until the tablet inside the BeviClean adapter is gone. Press the back button to stop the rinse.

Let the product soak for minimum 15 minutes and maximum 20 minutes. 9. Rinse the water again, until the blue water is normal again. Turn off the water when you detach the BeviClean adapter.
Step 5. Clean the pumps_________________________________________________ 1. Clean the rolls of the cassette. - Detach the cassette from the syrup pump. (1) - Press the clips to unlock the cassette from the pump (1). - Pull the cassette from the pump (2). - Detach the lid from the cassette (3).

2. Clean the metal pin of the motor. Use sandpaper to clean the metal pin of the motor. Before After 3. Reassemble the cassette. Click the lid back on the cassette and install the cassette back on the pump. You should hear a click You should hear a click...
Step 6. Clean the Cooler__________________________________________________ Warning! Switch the power off before serving on the cooler. Warning! Do not use water or liquids. 1. Switch the power off before serving on the cooler. 2. Clean the cooler. Remove the dust by using a brush. 3.
Step 7. Clean the inside__________________________________________________ 1. Clean the inside of the machine with a cloth (1) and cleaning pray (2). 2. Bundle the cables inside the machine. (1a & 1b) electric cables, (2a & 2b) syrup lines and (c) water lines.

3. Check for missing clips. The red clips need to be at every push fitting. Examples after cleaning.

4. Detach all BIB boxes (1a) and remove the metal tray (2). Turn the BIB connector to your left to detach the BIB connector from the BIB (1b). 5. Remove the old drain tube. Release the clamp that holds the old drain tube and remove the old drain tube. Use the slotted screwdriver to release the clamp.

Before After 7. Des-infection the BIB connectors. Spray the BIB connectors (1) by using BeviClean Des-infect (2). Spray under the BIB connector as shown on the picture above. Leave the product to dry out of on the BIB connectors for 2/3 minutes. 8.

9. Clean the metal rack by using only a damp cloth. 10.Place the metal rack back inside the machine 11.Attach the BIB connector on the BIB and put the BIB in the rack. Here you can find the number of the syrup lines. 12.
Step 8a. Clean the Multiblock (Old version)___________________________________ 1. Remove the blue sprout from the multiblock. - Remove the red locking clip 8mm (1). - Press the push in fitting to remove the blue sprout (2). 2. Clean the multiblock with the brush. Move the brush (1) up and down into the multiblock (2) to clean the inside of the multiblock.

- Place a new blue tube of +/- 6mm long in the multiblock (a). - Cut the new blue sprout with a tube cutter (b). - Place the red locking clip 8mm back on the multiblock (c). Warning! Do not cut the tube too obliquely, otherwise the Yanga will drip after serving. Wrong...
Step 8b. Clean the Multiblock (new version)__________________________________ 1. Clean the multiblock with the brush. Move the brush up and down into the multiblock to clean the inside of the multiblock.
Step 9. Calibrate the syrup and adjust the water level__________________________ 1. Use the provided method to enter the service menu. 2. Press the button Calibrate pumps. 3. Adjust the setting by using the measuring tube. Press ‘Test’ to check the level.

4. Press the ‘next’ button as shown below to go to the next flavor. 5. Use the same steps to adjust the water level. 6. Press ‘next’ after every adjustment. 7. Confirm the settings. Be sure to save these settings or settings will be lost. 8.

You can find the instruction manual (a) inside the door (b). 2. Fill in the section ‘Technical Visit Report’ (a) and place the instruction manual inside the door.
