- Page 3 1.5 Tonne Transmission Jack We supply strong durable transmission jacks that will provide years of trouble free service. Designed and manufactured for use in a pit or under a 4 post lift. They can be used to remove and install engines, gearboxes etc. The jacks are designed and manufactured for long lasting reliability and ease of use.
- Page 4 2.0 SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS SAFETY The use of this jack is limited to the removal, installation, and transportation in the lowest position, of transmissions. Always use correct lifting attachments and avoid uneven loading. If the load is unbalanced it may cause the jack to overturn.
- Page 5 3.0 MAINTENANCE & GENERAL INFORMATION Daily: Inspect the transmission jack for damage, wear and tear before use Check tilt top load securing straps for cuts of damage. Quarterly: Grease wheel bearings. Lubricate foot pump pivot points. Grease tilt top threads & bearings. Annually: A competent person should thoroughly inspect the equipment and any faulty or damaged or worn parts should be replaced.
