Loosen the hydraulic oil filler cap situated at the top of the oil reservoir. (RED or YELLOW PLASTIC BUNG) DO NOT ADD HYDRAULIC OIL AS THE UNIT IS PRE-FILLED ON DISPTACH FROM THE FACTORY.
- Page 7 HEAVY DUTY TRANSMISSION JACK The Weber range of transmission jacks permits easy, one man transmission removal and replacement. These units are ideal for handling other assemblies as well. The jack is fitted with four heavy duty, cast iron wheeled, swivel castors. The two front castors are fitted with DIRECTIONAL LOCKS, which enables the jack to be moved forward or sideways with ease.
- Page 8 IMPORTANT IF AN OIL CHANGE IS COMPLETED EVERY YEAR, AN OIL TOP UP SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED. SHOULD A LEAK OR OIL LOSS OCCUR, REMOVE THE PUMP FROM THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. CHECK THAT THE OIL IS FREE FROM MOISTURE, FOREIGN BODIES AND HAS NOT BEEN CONTAMINATED IN ANYWAY.

However air can enter the valve block during transit and this should be bled before the jack is put into service.
