Installation
1. Assemble cart following the Assembly Instructions.
2. Unpack End Panel removing hardware.
Tip: Install End Panels before Cabinets for easier
Installation.
3. Determine if the end panel should be mounted on the
left or right then remove the crossrail from that side of the
cart assembly and replace with crossrail included with end
panel that includes mounting holes. Install with the keyholes
facing outward. Image shown is a Left mounted end panel.

4. Place cart on its back on a clean soft surface. Install the
mounting plate on the bottom of the cart frame using sup-
plied M6 machine screws as shown in figure B.
5. Peel the split backer on the tape back until ~1" of back-
er extends past the ends of the End panel. This will allow the
backer to be removed after the end panel is attached to the
frame and prevents the tape from coming in contact to the
frame during installation. See Figure C.
5. Align the preinstalled shoulder screws on the inside of
the end panel with the keyhole slots in the crossrail. The
front of the end panel should be 1/8" inset from the front of
the frame. Figure D. Push the end panel and cart together to
remove any gap between the two and then slid the end panel
downward until the bottom of the end panel comes in contact
with the mounting plate. Ensure 1/8" margin is maintained on
either side of the end panel and secure in place with sup-
plied #8 Wood screws. Remove backer from tape by pulling
outward on each end. Secure the top of the end panel to the
frame by squeezing together and holding for 1 minute.
