    Detector installation Note: for safety reasons, we recommend fixing the smoke detector to the ceiling with screws and not with double-adhesive tape. 1. Bring the detector bracket closer to the wall and mark the place for the holes with a pencil. 2.

    Periodically check the working status of the smoke detector by pressing the SILENCE/TEST key. The life of the battery under normal operating conditions is up to 1 year. This duration could be reduced in conditions with high temperature and humidity. Test the smoke detector before installing it.
