The chair is ready for use upon delivery; any protective film should be removed before use. Do not subject the ERGOtip chair to heavy impacts or blows, as it may affect the functionality of the product. -

The chair has two primary functions: First, a raising/lowering function that is used to lift the patient to the optimal working height, thereby relieving the care staff and safeguarding the patient’s dignity by bringing them to eye level with the caregiver. -

However, the lifting speed will be reduced when the battery is below 0ºC. It could also have come loose if a wheel change, which was not carried out by Danrehab A/S, was done without using a screw lock. However, the risk of accidents and injuries is minimal, as a loose wheel will wobble quite violently and thus be noticed immediately by the care staff upon moving the chair. -

Contact the dealer/manufacturer. DO NOT use the chair UNTIL the fault(s) have been corrected. When replacing one or several of the motors, a risk of injury may arise if not done correctly. -
