Service Facts Section 4. Troubleshooting The following pages include troubleshooting flowcharts in reference to the BAYEV* communicating electric heaters ONLY. The information contained is for reference only and does not cover all scenarios or problems that may be encountered by a field technician. - Page 6 Service Facts NOTE: Turn thermostat to Emergency Troubleshooting Communicating EHC Heat and raise set-point at least 5 Fault Code #2 - Heat Relay Stuck Open degrees above actual room temperature. Is 24VAC measured from W1 – B and W2 – B at the LVTB? Use a clamp on Verify thermostat wiring and setup.

Disconnect all power sources from air handler Using ohm meter, place Faulty EHC.

If the jumper position is changed and power is Fault Code #6 – Configuration Error applied, the factory programming is voided. The jumper must then be placed in the corresponding position that matches the heater model number.
