    Service Facts Section 4. Troubleshooting The following pages include troubleshooting flowcharts in reference to the BAYEV* communicating electric heaters ONLY. The information contained is for reference only and does not cover all scenarios or problems that may be encountered by a field technician.
  • Page 6 Service Facts NOTE: Turn thermostat to Emergency Troubleshooting Communicating EHC Heat and raise set-point at least 5 Fault Code #2 - Heat Relay Stuck Open degrees above actual room temperature. Is 24VAC measured from W1 – B and W2 – B at the LVTB? Use a clamp on Verify thermostat wiring and setup.

If the jumper position is changed and power is Fault Code #6 – Configuration Error applied, the factory programming is voided. The jumper must then be placed in the corresponding position that matches the heater model number.
