    Outlet top Position the metal base plate on a level surface and place the base frame on it. When positioning the base frame, make sure that the threaded rods engage in the holes of the metal base plate. Place the base frame on top and connect the aluminium flexible tube.
  • Page 6 Insert the fibre mat. Place the metal insert. Put the shell parts together in the base frame and seal the joints with Isoboard adhesive. Connect all the shell parts and the front stone together with metal clips. If necessary, tap them together lightly with a hammer to ensure a firm hold of the clamps.
  • Page 7 Place the three inner plates of the firebox inside. Place the vermiculite plate in the firebox with the groove facing backwards. Place intermediate plate vermiculite plate and push the plate back until it touches the firebox.
  • Page 8 Insert the firebox base plate. Place the metal insert in the firebox and make sure that the two lower springs engage in the base frame. Stack the post-combustion parts, starting with the rear one, then the two on the side, then the lower baffle, then the front part and finally the upper baffle...
  • Page 9 Apply Isoboard adhesive in the joint and place the ceramic ring of the outer casing parts on top. Push the plug-in cover onto the frame and tighten the 4 screws of the cover.
  • Page 10 Then place the five double-shell KAMs on the firebox. Make sure that the openings of the KAMs are staggered. Attention: If the GOR44 runs in automatic mode, the lowest KAM contains a connection for the temperature sensor. When using KMS, the ceramic outlet bonnet is fitted instead of the KAM.
  • Page 11 Secure them with the metal clamps. Now assemble the remaining parts of the multi bonnet. For the connection of the control unit, please refer to the operating instructions of the control unit!

This means: A simultaneous operation of an air extraction system and the firing installation must be prevented.

    Instead of the reference insulating material, a substitute insulating material can be used according to the specifications of the building authority certificate of usability. When using Ortner Isoboard as a substitute insulation material, this corresponds to a layer thickness of 6 cm.
