To reboot the Blu VIEW SPEED 5G from safe mode when the screen shows "no command":
1. Press and hold the Power button. 2. While holding Power, press and release the Volume Up button. 3. This opens the recovery menu. 4. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "Reboot system now." 5. Press the Power button to select it.
