    DT-UPS-1200 Manual 2 Installation and Operation Before installation, please read and understand the following instructions. Inspect the following items inside box: • User’s Manual • 3 Unpack and Inspection Examine the packing carton for damage. Notify your dealer immediately if damage is observed.

    DT-UPS-1200 Manual 6 Connect Equipment to UPS Now connect your load to be protected (computer, monitor etc.) to the AC Output receptacles at the rear of the UPS (Reference the fi gure 4). Enable the UPS by turning on the Power ON/OFF switch, which is situated on the front panel.
  • Page 6 DT-UPS-1200 Manual Operating by the LED display mode 1 (Reference the Figure 5): 1. ON/OFF BUTTON: Turn this button ON to supply power to the UPS outlets. To cut power to the UPS outlets, turn the switch OFF. This switch is located on the front panel of the UPS.

    DT-UPS-1200 Manual 9 Cold Start When the UPS is o and there is no utility power, you can power essential equipment connected to the UPS for a short period of time. Ensure only the most necessary equipment is connected to the UPS during this time.

    DT-UPS-1200 Manual 11 Safety The UPS contains potentially hazardous voltage. All repairs should be performed by qualifi ed service personnel. The UPS has its own internal energy source (battery), so the output receptacles may remain live even when the UPS is not connected to an AC supply.

(the “Company”) warrants to the Original Purchaser that the item purchased is free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use. This warranty starts on the date of shipment of the hardware to the Original Purchaser.
