verify if they have an affected unit. The model number and date of manufacture is printed on the
identification plate visible in front of or behind the seat. The model number will appear in the
upper left-hand corner of the label under the heading "Model Number". The month and year of
manufacture will appear in the center of the label under the heading "DOM".
