    SAFETY wARNINGS For safety, please follow the instructions below . Failure to do so may increase the risk of a traffic accident, which may result in death or personal injury . wHILE DRIVING Using a mobile phone or multimedia while driving can be distracting and increases your chance of being involved in an accident.

    OPERATION Connecting your smartphone to the multimedia device can be done either by using Bluetooth or Phone Projection . To access Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, touch the Phone icon in the app tray on the left-hand side of the Home screen or press the physical phone button found at bottom of the unit.

    OPERATION BLUETOOTH PAIRING Make sure your phone is visible to other devices and Bluetooth is turned on. Then get access to the DEVICES screen by touching/ pressing the soft/hard phone button. Touch the Add a device + icon to search for available devices. Then select your device from the list followed by the Pair function that appears at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
  • Page 8 OPERATION NOTE: You do not have to wait for the unit to finish scanning before selecting your device. If the search failed to find your device, turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone, wait for 10 seconds and then turn it back on again.

    OPERATION wIRELESS PHONE PROJECTION Once the unit is connected to Bluetooth, touch the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto slider button to turn it on/off. After the feature is activated, it allows user to access their installed apps from iPhone/ Android phone on the multimedia screen.

    OPERATION The Media menu gives access to DAB+, FM and AM radio . DAB+ (DIGITAL RADIO) Access the Radio tabs by touching the Media icon in the app tray or by pressing the physical button at bottom of the unit. Tap on the DAB+ Radio tab present on the left-hand side of the screen to bring up the digital radio screen and then tap the Scan icon next to the DAB+ Radio tab to start station auto tune.
  • Page 11 OPERATION Once the scanning stops, touch listed categories to display respective stations and touch again to start playing. Scroll and touch to select any station or alternatively select any station and skip to NEXT or PREVIOUS station using the arrow keys The unit will automatically store all the available stations on startup.

    OPERATION FM/AM RADIO Access the Radio menu by touching the Media button in the app tray or by pressing the physical button at bottom of the device. Then select the FM or AM Radio tab. FINDING AND STORING STATIONS Tap Scan to automatically tune and store stations. The station list is accessed inside the FM/AM Radio tab.

    MEDIA Switching between different multimedia options can be effortlessly done by touching the Source icon followed by desired media option. Selected media can then be controlled using on screen media controls within the media player app.

    MEDIA App screen containing pre-loaded apps can be launched by touching the four-tile icon in the home screen app tray. User can operate different apps preinstalled on multimedia device from the app screen.

    CAMERA Connected cameras can be viewed any time by initiating camera screen by touching the camera icon from the app tray or by pressing physical button at the bottom of the unit. Up to four cameras can be connected and managed inside the device.
  • Page 16 CAMERA Inside the Camera settings menu, any connected camera can be turned on/off. Camera images can also be mirrored by activating/ deactivating mirror on/off button. Note: Camera A is ON by default and cannot be turned off.

    NAVIGATION The Navigation app can be accessed by touching the Navigation icon from the app tray or by pressing the physical navigation button at bottom of the unit. When using navigation for the first time, the Configuration Wizard will initialise automatically and the user can then select the preferred language, review the license agreement, setup voice guidance, select the desired units of measurement, time formats and set route preferences.
  • Page 18 NAVIGATION When navigation initialises and there is no active or planned route saved, the default Map screen will open to display the current time and location of the vehicle. To start navigation, touch the search bar once to bring up the onscreen keyboard to set a new route.
  • Page 19 NAVIGATION From the quick search categories user can pick from preloaded routes to Nissan dealerships, repair centers, hospitals, police stations, petrol stations, parking areas, restaurants or to a saved location around the area selected.

    SETTINGS Touching the Settings icon in the app tray will give access to the Settings menu. This allows the user to control Device, Audio, Video, Camera and System settings.
