Display Installation
1. Verify lift-eye and set bolts are secure.

2. Attach the crane to the lift-eyes in the top section.
3. Remove the shipping hardware from the top section.
4. Use a

" wrench to remove the bolts holding the lift-eyes in the bottom

section together and to the display. Slide the two pieces of the lift-eye past
each other and lift them out of the channel.

5. Lift the top section off of the truck.
6. Lower the top section on to the bottom section.
7. Use the splice wrench to align the display sections.

8. Verify the LEDs on both display sections align with each other.

Verify LEDs align in all
directions between splices.
If the LEDs are more than 1/4
of an LED out of alignment,
adjust until properly aligned.
9. Evenly distribute the flat splice plates along the back of the display. Note:
The C-shaped splice plates must remain near the ends of the display.

10. Use the torque stick from the spare parts rack, a 1
wrench to loosen the bolts that hold the vertical splice tube in the bottom
section. Tighten bolts to 75 to 100 ft.-lb. Consult the shop drawing for more
information.
Note: The spare parts rack is located behind the bottom-left display doors.

11. Rotate the vertical splice tube out of the channel, slide it out of the channel,
and rotate it back into the channel when it is split evenly between the

12. Repeat Steps 10 - 11 on all vertical splice tubes.
13. Measure the uprights on the structure head and space the mounting clamps
on the back of the display to match the spacing. Note: If needed to match
the upright spacing, loosen and slide the horizontal splice tube until one of
the alternate alignment marks lines up with the display splice.
