TVS EL 300 Instructions

Read the entire operating instructions before starting the installation.
Check that all the parts are in the package. Contact your dealer if anything is missing.
The content of the package:
- 1 pcs. electric heater ( 300 or 600 W )
- 1 pcs. key for mounting the immersion heater
- 1 pcs. blind plug
Mounting:
The heater may only be installed in waterfilled towel radiators.
The heater may only be installed by an authorized electrician.

The heater must always be mounted in the bottom of the radiator. It is optional whether it is right
or left side.
(chrome, white, black or stainless plastic cylinder)
1. Fill the radiator to the lower edge of the upper horizontal pipe with clean water.
2. If there is a risk of frost, fill approx. 90% water + approx. 10% glycol (coolant)
3. The filling must be done very slowly to avoid air in the radiator.
4. After mounting and filling, connect the power and give it "full power".
5. After approx. 1 hour of operation, when the radiator is maximally hot, check that the liquid level
is approx. 2 cm from the top edge of the radiator.
6. Any adjustment is made by refilling, resp. aspirate water.
7. Finally, mount the upper plug and vent valve.
8. Then set the desired temperature on the control regulator.
