To check rotation, remove the coupling guard and coupling spacer to disengage the pump from the driver. Make momentary contact with the motor starter, also known as a “bump test”, to verify correct rotation.

  • Page 19 Assembly When assembling these PWIBB pumps, it is recommended that only genuine PumpWorks 610 parts be used. Always use new O-rings, gaskets, (oil new bulbs, sight gauge if applicable) and lock washers. Assembled parts must be clean and free of dust or dirt.
