  • Page 2 The RAMVR is a Rako Wireless interface module that integrates 3rd party presence sensors to switch Rako commands. There are two wiring options for the RAMVR depending on the type of PIR used, volt-free or mains. Do not use both the volt-free PIR side and the mains PIR side at the same time.
  • Page 3 3 Installation Installation should only be carried out by a competent electrician. ● RAMVR modules should be mounted in areas that are adequately ventilated, dry, and outside of any enclosed metal casings that may interfere with the wireless signal. ● Modules should be mounted vertically, with the terminals at the bottom, or horizontally.
  • Page 4 STEP 3 Replace the covers and cable clamps, and ensure that any of the cables connected to the RAMVR are secure. If the RAMVR is wall-mounted, secure the unit into the bracket provided. 4 Programming the RAMVR The following steps assume: A Project File has been created.

  • Page 7 App. 3. 30 Second Exit Delay - When the RAMVR receives an off command, the ‘Action’ will not trigger for 30 seconds even when there is movement, this is typically used to prevent nuisance triggering and gives enough time for the occupant to leave the Room.
