Hi. I bought a MODEL: MFS-16245 two days ago here in Athens, Greece. It got here yesterday. However, even though I did my best last night to read and undersand the manual, I still don't know what buttons to push so that (1) the fan can work at its absolutely fullest speed, and (2) the fan won't change, as it works, from the blades going from really fast to (after a short time) really slow and then (again after a short time) really fast, with this continuing indefinitely until turned off. I want the fan to work steadily, without its changing its speed) as fast as possible. What am I supposed to do? Thank you.
