FCC NOTES

  • Page 15 Take the Main base plate by holding the slots on two sides. Confirm that the four screw holes of the main base plate are aligned with the four screw holes of the middle base plate. Next, insert four M10-40L screws into the screw holes and tighten down.
  • Page 16 After installing the Main base plate, stand the pole up. Pole Main Base Plate Middle Base Plate Since this can also be setup for two Paragon screens, you will notice 4 screw holes on either side of the Main pole. You can choose which side the Paragon will face.
  • Page 17 Hold the back chassis with assembled system up against the side brackets, and align the positioning holes with the back chassis either with the upper positioning holes or lower positioning holes to determine the height. After aligning the positioning holes, move the back chassis down until the hooks are stopped by the stoppers.
  • Page 18 At this point you will securely fix the back chassis to the main pole with the 2 M5 screws. M5 screws Hold two sides of the TK-32 Series touch monitor, and then 1. Place the bottom of the screen on the two stand seats for touch monitor on the chassis.
  • Page 19 Hold two sides of the touch monitor and pull it out towards you slowly (around 15 degrees). Once the crank rod stopper drops down slowly begin to release the touch monitor until it stops. Pull out Crank Rod Stopper for Touch Monitor Connect the LVDS cable and backlight cable to the scaling board, and connect the USB cable to the USB 3.0 port.

  • Page 21 Route the power cable and LAN cable through the cable exit at the lower portion of the rear of the back chassis, the cable exit beneath the pole, or the cable exit at the bottom of the base plate for proper cable management.
  • Page 22 After all cable connections and cable routing are done, pull the touch monitor out a bit, lift the crank rod stopper up with one finger, and then push the touch monitor back to the back chassis until the touch monitor is sit on the two stand seats again.

  • Page 25: Step-By-Step Installation

     Step-by-Step Installation Place the main pole horizontally on the ground and align the middle base plate, please see diagram below. Next, insert the two #6/32-20L screws into the screw holes and tighten down. This will affix the Middle base plate to the main pole.
  • Page 26 Take the Main base plate by holding the slots on two sides. Confirm that the four screw holes of the main base plate are aligned with the four screw holes of the middle base plate. Next, insert four M10-40L screws into the screw holes and tighten down.

Align the side brackets accordingly, for reference please see diagram below.

     Step-by-Step Installation Fix the wall mount bracket on the wall. Be care of the direction, the word “UP” on the bracket should be on the top side. Fix the bracket with twelve screws. Put the bracket on the wall and then fix it with twelve screws.
  • Page 36 After aligning the positioning holes, align the back chassis with the mounting bracket, and then move down the back chassis until the back chassis is hooked by the stoppers on the mounting bracket. Hooked by the Stopper At this point you will securely fix the back chassis to the main pole with the 2 M5 screws.

    Push the power button to power the system off. To initiate a forced shutdown, please hold the power button down for 10 seconds.   • Page 39 2-inch Paper Roll Spacer Paper Roller Part Names Description Power LED Indicator This indicator turns on when the printer is on. Paper-out LED Indicator This indicator turns on when the paper-out issue occurs. Error LED Indicator This indicator works when the printer has something wrong.
  • Page 40 Note: The printer can’t be lifted over 45 degrees! Damages due to incorrect installation are not covered by product warranty! Open the top cover of the printer. Drag the loose end of the paper till it extends towards the paper cutter. Close the top cover of the printer.
  • Page 41 Loading a 2-inch (58mm Width) Paper Roll Before installing 2-inch paper roll in the PP-9500K, follow the instructions below to properly install pad spacer and the separator. Open the top cover of the printer. Loosen the spacer screw from below direction (Don’t remove the screw!).
  • Page 42 After loosening the screw, you can take the spacer out from the screw holes. Put the spacer to the right screw hole, and then fix it from below direction(Please refer to the Step.1). Push the control spring for 2-inch paper roll and pull it to the right direction.

Status LED Indicators After powering ON the printer, you can read the printer operation status from the power LED indicator on the printer.
