Do not use any other electrical outlet. DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE IF THE LINE CORD SHOWS ANY DAMAGE, OR IF APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS WORKING ENTIRELY.

    IMPORTANT During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice smoke and/or a slight odor. This is normal and should quickly disappear. It will not recur after appliance has been used a few more times. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not remove the bottom cover. No user serviceable parts inside. Repair should be done by authorized service personnel only.
  • Page 6 USING THE POUR-OVER COFFEE MAKER For Customer Assistance, please contact the Select Bands Support Team at 866-663-4500 or email support@selectbrands.com Place the Pour-Over Coffee Maker on a clean, flat and heat resistant surface. Remove the Water Tank Lid and fill the Water Tank with fresh cold water to the MAX marking. It is important to fill the Water Tank exactly to the MAX marking and do not overfill or underfill.
  • Page 7 Tank or using any liquid other than fresh water can permanently damage the appliance. Insert Size 01 specialty paper filter into the Plastic Dripper, ensuring that it is fully open and forming a cone inside the Dripper. NOTE: It is recommended to open the paper filter, fold & crease it along the seam, and then re-open it to make a cone that maintains its form inside the Plastic Dripper.
  • Page 8 Some water volume will be absorbed by the coffee grounds and paper filter so the final volume in the glass carafe will be less. • Why is the brew volume smaller than the average coffee serving? The water to coffee ration of the TRU Pour-Over Coffee Maker is designed to mimic the coffee experience of hand poured coffee.
