Record
Press MNU+ button three times
◄ ► to navigate 'Set Record Mode' menu
▲ ▼ to configure required parameters
Press REC button to start/stop recording
Flashing red = recording Time-Lapse
Solid red = recording Real-Time
Burn DVD
Press DVD button to:
power up and check tray, open/close tray, burn DVD
Flashing orange = checking tray
Solid orange = ready, follow instructions on screen
Press MNU+ button once
▲▼ to select required recording
Press DVD to burn
Reset to Defaults
Press and hold MNU+ and MNU-
Press ► and select one of the following:
Default Values? Resets all but network config and passwords
Reset Passwords? Resets passwords only
Factory defs? Resets all parameters to factory defaults
Press ▲ to select 'Yes'
Press ► to confirm
together for 1-2 seconds
Erase Hard Drive
Press MNU- button once
Press ► button to enter 'Advanced menus'
Press ► button 'Quick Erase No'
Press ▲ button 'Quick Erase Yes'
Press ► button 'Confirm = ►?'
Press ► button 'Quick erase: /'
Complete after 10 seconds
Playback Software
The recommended software for video playback is VLC or OSL's
AV Explorer, available free of charge from Ovation Systems.
