Risk of damage to the environment! ● Make sure to follow all instructions described in this manual. Busch cyclone filters are placed upstream of the vacuum pump and protect it from damage caused by process contaminants such as liquids or solids. -

● Check the Cyclone Separator for transport damage. ● Transport the Cyclone Separator in vertical position only. ● Transport the Cyclone separator by the qualified personnel only. ● Transport the Cyclone separator with adequate load securing only. In events with aggressive substances in process, please contact your BUSCH representative. In case of additional information needed, contact your Busch representative. ● Make sure that the environment of the Cyclone Separator is not potentially explosive. ● Make sure that the Cyclone Separator is placed or mounted vertically, a maximum of 1° in any direction is acceptable. -

Loss of efficiency! ● It is highly recommended that any dismantling of the cyclone separator that goes beyond any- thing that is described in this manual should be done through Busch. ● Make sure of a regular draining of the cyclone separator. - Page 12 ● Inside inspection from size CYC 0100 to CYC 0630 only ● Disclaimer: Intervals must be adapted to specific use case. ● Decontaminate the cyclone separator as much as possible and state the contamination status in a ‘Declaration of Contamination’. Busch will only accept accessories that come with a completely filled in and legally binding signed ‘Declaration of Contamination’ (form downloadable from www.buschvacuum.com). -
