    Assembly Assemble the working head Before using the pole hedge trimmer, a one-time assembly is required. When removed from the box, the two parts are disconnected. 1 Assemble/disassemble the working head to the telescopic pole handle. Remove the locking knob(preassembled) from working head (A). 2 Insert the working head (A) to target telescopic pole handle(B).

    Operation General operation ● Check the product, its power cord and plug as well as accessories for damage before each use. Do not use the product if it is damaged or shows wear. ● Double check that accessories and cutting device are properly fixed in place. ● Always hold the product by its handles. Keep the handles dry to ensure safe support. ● Ensure that the air vents are always unobstructed and clear. Clean them if necessary with a soft brush. Blocked air vents may lead to overheating and damage of the product.
  • Page 18 Operation Loop the cord Loop the cord through the hole and around the cord retainer. Cord retainer NOTE: Use only an approved outdoor extension cord as described previ- ously in this manual. Grasp the telescopic pole with one hand and the rear handle with your other hand.

With its unique design, the pole trimmer can be used to trim and shape hard to reach areas on hedges and bushes, such as those shown below. Seasonal hedges and shrubs that lose their leaves in the winter should be trimmed in June and October.
