The provided context does not specify whether a USB-C wall charger is included with the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2. However, it does mention that the earbuds can be charged via USB-C or a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad. If a wall charger is not included, you may need to buy one separately. While the context does not provide exact charger specifications, a standard USB-C charger that supports at least 5V/1A should work. For fast charging, a higher-power charger may be beneficial.
