The multi view does not appear when I select menu. I have broadcast tv and 3 HDMI sources.

Здравствуйте, повесил данный тв на стену 65A95L, при этом не обошлось без пальцев и пятен на экране , и теперь их ничем и никак нельзя удалить , скажите что это за экран такой и как можно избавиться от данной проблемы, у меня много разных тв но такого никогда не было. Спасибо заранее.
