PIPE WORK - cont. OUTDOOR PIPE CONNECTION During engineering installation, the connection pipe inside the unit must be wrapped by insulation sleeve. Pipe connection for MCSX220D312B: As shown in Fig.15 and Fig.16, open the outermost soundproof cotton and place a fire barrier between compressor and straight pipe. - Page 17 1 (liquid pipe) and then weld connection pipe 2 (gas pipe). During welding, it’s necessary to use wet gauze to wrap up the filter near connection pipe 2 and the two cut-off valves. Make sure the flame won’t burn the soundproof cotton or other components.
