INTRODUZIONE Grazie per aver scelto un prodotto AlcaPower. Potete essere certi che il prodotto da voi acquistato è tra i migliori attualmente disponibili sul mercato. AlcaPower SX-1 è un caricabatteria intelligente, multi fase e dotato di microcontrollere che permette di gestire la carica ed il mantenimento di batterie a base di piombo acido (WET, AGM, VRLA e GEL) con tensione nominale di 6V e 12V. -

• Durante la carica della batteria installata a bordo del veicolo il motore deve essere tenuto spento. • Durante la ricarica la batteria deve essere collocata in un ambiente ben ventilato. • Pericolo di ustioni chimiche! L’acido della batteria è altamente corrosivo. Se la vostra pelle o gli occhi entrano in contatto con l’acido, sciacquare immediatamente le parti interessate con acqua corrente fredda e consultare tempestivamente un medico. -

• Se la batteria è installata all’interno di un veicolo osservare le indicazioni impartite dal fabbricante del veicolo. • Collegare il caricabatteria SX-1 alla presa della rete elettrica AC. Tutti i LED faranno due lampeggi, poi il LED Stand by rimarrà illuminato. - Page 5 • Se la batteria può essere caricata, SX-1 avvia la carica della batteria. Battery acid is highly corrosive. If your skin or eyes come into contact with the acid, immediately rinse the affected areas with cold running water and consult a doctor promptly. •...

• If the battery is installed inside a vehicle, observe the instructions given by the vehicle manu- facturer. • Connect the SX-1 battery charger to the AC mains socket. All the LEDs will flash twice, then the Stand by LED will remain lit. -
Page 19: Battery Charging Modes
• If the battery can be charged, the SX-1 starts charging the battery. The charging status LEDs (25% LED, 50% LED etc.) light up in sequence. The charger continues the charging process according to the previously selected mode until the battery is fully charged. - Page 20 By holding the MODE button pressed for 3 seconds you can select the 3 special charging modes: • POWER SUPPLY: this mode transforms the SX-1 into a 13.6V 6A power supply, so it can power small loads. For example, after activating this mode, you can connect the battery charger output to the terminals that reach the vehicle battery, so as to always keep the vehicle control units powered.

SX-1 battery charger remembers the last charging mode chosen. In the event that the AC mains goes out, when it returns, the SX-1 will return to charging the battery according to the previously set mode. The memory function is not available for Special Modes. -
