Technical and Operation Manual 5. Installation and Commissioning The ACIS actuators shall be installed following the good practices explained in the following paragraphs. Make sure the packaging is in good conditions previous to move it. The actuator inside the box shall be fully immobilized to prevent damages and dangerous situations.
6.1 Device connections ACIS actuators have different mounting holes on the body to fit different kind of devices, most common devices are limit switch boxes, or positioners. Other type of devices may need an extra support like panels, cabs, etc.

Technical and Operation Manual Stroke Adjustment ACIS pneumatic actuators are provided with bi-directional pinion travel stops. Front located stops allow a full ±5° travel adjustment between 85° and 95°. Adjustment of the counter clockwise and clockwise rotation limits is accomplished by unscrewing the locking nuts.
Any parts replacement should be done with the original ACIS spare parts! The manufacturer will not be responsible of the wrong functioning of the actuator if original ACIS parts have not been used. Moreover, in case of using non-original ACIS parts, the warranty period will be cancelled by the manufacturer ACIS Actuators S.L.
