F. Introduction The Ankersmid Sampling probes are designed, manufactured and assembled in Belgium. The Ankersmid Sampling probes are used for continuous gas sampling in difficult processes with gases of high or low dust content, different temperatures and extreme humidity. Due to the possibility of use in high dust environments, the probe can be equipped with different kind of filters, pre-filters and blow back (or back-flush) function. -

Ankersmid Sampling in Belgium. The sample probe version ASP 630Ex is used for continuous extraction of explosive gases (Ex-zone 1 & 2) from dust load, high temperature and/or humid processes. The probes can be mounted in Ex-zone 1 & 2. The goods and the delivery note should be compared. If any difference is noted please contact your Ankersmid Sampling contact person. The delivery should be checked for any transport damage. If any anomaly is noted, please contact the transport insurer immediately notifying of the damage. -

The ASP probes should only be used in stationary conditions and with correct selection of the sample point and proper installation. When used and properly installed in the prescript area ANKERSMID SAMPLING guarantee a long time of maintenance free and satisfaction use. M.1 Mechanical connection Open the toggle fastener on the top of the cap than remove the cap. - Page 13 A potential equalisation terminal of type of protection Ex e is available on the exterior of each casing, to which the heating cable must be connected with the external potential equalisation source.
